This class is for anyone with a lot of coffee questions related to opening a coffee business. In this class, you will be introduced to using the espresso machine, making espresso and steaming milk. You will learn how to make many of the drinks on the menu. You will also learn about the equipment, tools, and supplies we work with so you can make educated decisions about purchasing your own.
Topics to be covered in addition to the skills we teach will include choosing equipment and a coffee roaster that's right for you, tips or suggestions for your buildout, staffing, supplies, and what to put on your menu.
Location: 158 27th St, Brooklyn on the 3rd floor. Walk-up only.
