CLASS RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:
What if I need to cancel my class?
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class and inform your instructor of any changes. You may be required to pay a fee of 5% for rescheduling or 15% for cancellations. Any requests to cancel within 48 hours will not receive a refund, but you may reschedule and attend a future class. You can cancel or reschedule by emailing info@procreatecoffee.com or send a text to (347)377-2678 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If we have to cancel or reschedule a class:
We know your schedules are busy, so we will do everything we can to keep classes in session. However, classes may need to be cancelled due to instructor illness or personal emergency, equipment malfunction, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances in which we may not be able to provide you with an optimal class experience. In the event that a class must be cancelled, you will be notified as early as possible and you will be given the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.

How do I return my order?
- Send in your request to info@procreatecoffee.com. Please provide us with your name, order number , item you would like to return, and the date you placed your order.
- All returns and refunds are subject to approval, photos may be requested to verify issue/damage - if needed we will reach out by email
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines, a return label if applicable, and any further instructions
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of package delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to consider a refund or exchange. Date of package delivery is determined using the most current tracking information.
What can be returned?
- To be eligible for a return request, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are ineligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
