Shipping policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
Please note that if you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately.
We only partner with suppliers that are located in and ship from the US or Canada. Most products are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
- As soon as we receive your payment, we dispatch your order immediately to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-4 days.
How long does shipping take?
- We use our suppliers standard shipping methods which is a US postal service product and typically takes 3-5 days.
How do I track my order?
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product. This email will contain a link which will direct you to the shipping partner's website so you may track the shipments progress. You should receive an email containing your tracking info within a few business days of placing your order.
- Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
- Tracking information could take 10 days to update once shipment confirmation is received. For packages shipped from outside of the United States, tracking information for local deliveries will become available only after the package has cleared domestic customs and entered the local USPS system.
Please understand that our delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. The overwhelming majority of orders will be delivered within that timeframe, but occasionally, orders may take a bit longer than predicted.

Damages:
Procreate Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can ship a replacement free of charge.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.
